ABOUT MY DESIGNS
Each uncovered design is a story waiting to be discovered.
Each uncovered story is a design waiting to be explored.
My Story
Well versed in digital communication strategies such as AutoCad, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and Enscape, I am equipped to search, in depth, the designs within each person waiting to break free.
My passion for Interior Design is to tell the story of souls, some quieted by the demanding routines of life, some loud and waiting for every chance to shine through.
Every step in one’s life is an influence. Take nature for instance, the natural world around us is a reflection of the parts of humanity that over time can become overlooked in the chaos of a striving society. I aim to design spaces that reconnect people with the parts of them that can get lost in the wear and tear of surviving; spaces that speak when their people are too tired to speak for themselves.
I value the variety, the calm, the comforting, the unique, the immersive, the transformative, the evolving - the effortless intricacy of humanity. The expansive field of design motivates me to become a part of peoples beautiful stories and grow with each and every project.
WHY THE TREE BRANCHES?
STORY BEHIND MY LOGO
"Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God,
But only he who sees takes off his shoes"
- Elizabeth Barrett Browning
My logo design is an outline of my initials written in the branches of a tree. I speak boldly of the intimate connection between Gods creativity and our own. Formed by God in HIs image, surely the power of art in our hands is a gift by no other than Himself.
For those who take a moment in the midst of the chaos, look carefully at the branches within the trees -often overlooked by many- you will find how God has been writing your name in their stillness this entire time.
The work of His hands have impact. Beauty interlaced with love, the gift of being intimately known and seen, the gift of having our surroundings calling out our name.
He is the first designer, the perfect designer.
And without His hands, the work of my hands are in vain.
